This past Thursday, while the varsity football team had a bye week, the JV worked hard to take home a win against the Cocoa Beach Minutemen. The defense held off the Minutemen the entire game, keeping them from making any touchdowns, securing a final score of 17-4.
Similarly, the Tiger’s offense made many amazing plays. New to the team, freshman Aaron Raines scored the first touchdown. Another highlight was freshman Nathan Reeve catching a 35-yard pass.
The JV football team’s success proves a promising future for the program.
